Job Summary

The IT Coordinator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s IT infrastructure, including ERP systems, hardware, software, and network operations. This role ensures smooth system functionality, timely technical support, and minimal downtime across all offices and field locations. The IT Coordinator will also supervise the IT support team and ensure efficient service delivery aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including ERP systems, servers, hardware, software, and networking.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and provide timely technical support to staff.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT, ERP, hardware, software, and connectivity issues to minimize system downtime.

  • Lead, supervise, and assign tasks to the IT support team, ensuring efficient and responsive service delivery.

  • Coordinate IT setups and provide technical support to field offices and project locations, including regular field visits as required.

  • Liaise with IT vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support services.

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, configurations, and technical documentation.

  • Ensure data security, system reliability, backups, and continuity of operations in line with organizational policies.

  • Support system upgrades, deployments, and improvements as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, networking, hardware, and software support.

  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

  • Leadership and team management skills.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Willingness to travel to field offices and project sites as required.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Relevant experience in IT coordination, system administration, or technical support.

  • Experience working with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
