Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to lead the design and implementation of landscape projects for schools, communities, and public parks. The role involves concept development, detailed design, site supervision, and coordination with stakeholders to create functional, sustainable, and community-friendly outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead landscape design for schools, community spaces, greenbelts, playgrounds, and parks.
  
  

• Prepare site plans, planting plans, layouts, material boards, and construction drawings.
  
  

• Conduct site assessments and develop context-specific, sustainable design solutions.
  
  

• Oversee on-ground implementation and ensure work aligns with approved drawings and standards.
  
  

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and design documentation.
  
  

• Collaborate closely with architects, civil engineers, community teams, and contractors.
  
  

• Manage stakeholder meetings, including school administration, communities, and local authorities.
  
  

• Ensure design safety, accessibility, and environmental considerations are met.
  
  

• Review materials, samples, and execution quality on site.
  
  

• Prepare progress reports, design justifications, and technical documentation for project teams.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
  
  

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with proven work on schools, community spaces, and parks.
  
  

• Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), and rendering tools.
  
  

• Knowledge of planting design, outdoor play elements, urban landscape materials, and sustainable design practices.
  
  

• Experience in site supervision and contractor coordination.
  
  

• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
