 Role Summary:

The Data Entry Enumerator will be engaged on a task-based, need-only basis to support the timely, accurate, and reliable entry of project and field data into designated systems and formats. The role will assist the MEL team in maintaining quality records, ensuring efficiency in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes,

  • This is a non-regular, on-demand engagement,
  • The data entry assistant will be called upon based on workload and availability,
  • No fixed hours or guaranteed minimum work.

Responsibilities:

The Data Entry Enumerator will be responsible for:

  • Entering data collected from the field into databases, spreadsheets, or other designated formats,
  • Verifying and cross-checking data to ensure accuracy and completeness,
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive project information,
  • Organizing, sorting, and filing data (both soft and hard copies),
  • Assisting in cleaning datasets and preparing basic summaries when required,
  • Completing assigned tasks within given deadlines.

Supervisory Responsibility

  • Reports Directly To: The Data Entry Enumerator will report directly to the MEL Officer / MEL Coordinator, who will provide data sets, guidance, and oversight.
  • Works Directly With: MEL team

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required,
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software,
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy,
  • Previous experience in data entry or similar tasks is an asset,
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently,
  • Fluency in local languages will be an asset,
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
