Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan is looking for competent Radiologist or Trained Radiologist for Aga Khan Diagnostic Center, Chitral.

Job Summary: This position is responsible to use medical imaging technology to diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries. Also to consult with other doctors in the treatment of patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the patient’s medical history to ensure tests will not cause harm.
• Suggest alternative diagnostic techniques in case of allergy or any other issue.
• Perform or direct radiology staff to perform a variety of diagnostic procedures, such as X-rays, MRIs, CT Scans and ultrasounds, to diagnose illnesses and injuries..
• Use their medical training and expertise to make a diagnosis based on the results.
• Communicate test results and their diagnosis to a patient’s primary physician through a written report. In some cases, the doctors also may confer verbally, either by phone or in person.

Required Skills Education, Experience & Competencies

• Minimum MBBS/ MCPS/FCPS/FCPS-II-Trained with valid PMDC license.
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Should have an aptitude of working in a multidisciplinary team
• Team working skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Good time management
• Good communication and team building skills
