REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQs)

The Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST) ZABTech (iTVE) is a leading network of technical and vocational education and training institutes across Sindh. ZABTech has been equipping youth with market-driven skills for more than two decades, fostering employability, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment.

As part of our expansion plan, SZABIST ZABTech is establishing a new chapter at Mehar, District Dadu, to extend quality technical and vocational education to more communities. To support the setup of this new campus, we invite quotations from eligible vendors for the supply of equipment, furniture, and training tools under various trades and categories.

Vendor Eligibility & Submission Guidelines

1. Only FBR-registered vendors with valid NTN/STRN are eligible.

2. Vendors not registered with SZABIST ZABTech must complete the Vendor Registration Form available at:

3. Quotations must be on company letterhead, duly signed & stamped, and must include unit prices, total price, GST, and validity of at least 30 days.

4. Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. Withholding Tax (WHT) will be deducted as per law.

5. Deliveries are to be made within one (01) week of Purchase Order issuance (unless otherwise approved in writing).

6. SZABIST ZABTech reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.

Quotation Submission
