Job Summary:
The Project Manager will lead the field-level implementation of an integrated humanitarian response in Multan, focusing on emergency and recovery, flood response, and recovery action. The role requires timely delivery of the project including budget, scope, procurement and HR management. Ensure project is implement as per humanitarian standards and donor compliance.

Job Specifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, or Social Sciences (Master’s preferred)
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in humanitarian project management, with proven field-level leadership
- At least 2 years of field experience in emergency response and anticipatory actions.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent project planning, budgeting, and risk management skills.
- Familiarity with Cash based interventions, WASH in emergency, Sphere Standards, and beneficiary tracking tools
- Community engagement and accountability and Gender based violence.
- Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Effective communication and report-writing skills in English and Urdu.
