Job Description:
Project Implementation & Coordination:
- Facilitate the implementation of education programs at the field level, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Conduct regular visits to project-supported schools to monitor progress and provide technical support.
- Work closely with teachers, school management committees, and local education authorities to strengthen school operations and student engagement.
- Assist in the identification and enrollment of out-of-school children (OOSC) in targeted areas.
- Ensure the timely delivery of teaching and learning materials to schools.
Capacity Building & Training:
- Support the planning and delivery of teacher training sessions on modern pedagogical approaches, inclusive education, and child-centered learning.
- Organize and facilitate capacity-building workshops for School Management Committees (SMCs) and Parent-Teacher Associations (PTAs).
- Provide mentoring and coaching support to teachers to improve instructional quality.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting:
- Collect and document data on student attendance, school performance, and learning outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of progress reports, case studies, and success stories.
- Ensure proper documentation of field activities and submit regular reports to the Education Specialist/Project Manager.
- Identify and report challenges affecting education service delivery in target areas and propose solutions.
Community Engagement & Advocacy:
- Mobilize and engage communities to support education initiatives.
- Raise awareness on the importance of education, especially for girls and marginalized groups.
- Strengthen coordination with local government departments, NGOs, and other stakeholders to enhance education outcomes.
Compliance & Safeguarding:
- Ensure adherence to child protection policies and safeguarding principles in all project activities.
- Promote gender-sensitive and inclusive education practices.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of education methodologies and child-centred learning approaches.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English, Urdu, and Pashto (preferred).
Note: This position is strictly for FEMALE, preference will be given to applicant Kohat based.
