Established in 1991, Shifa Foundation (sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd Islamabad) is a Not-for-Profit organization that focuses on Health, Nutrition, and Safe Water for deprived segments of Pakistan. Shifa Foundation is currently working on UNICEF Project “Integrated Services Delivery (ISD) in 15 UCs of Karachi Outreach Mobile Health Units (MHUs)”.

Shifa Foundations requires below Items for Karachi ISD Office

1-     Printing of Panaflex Standees 2 X 5

2-     X-Stands for Standees (Plastic)

3-     Prizes for School Students

4-     Refreshment for Students

Terms and Conditions

• Sealed Quotation will be accepted.
• A maximum of 2 to 3 items can be selected for the packages, after which the order will be awarded to the lowest bidder who provides quality products.
• Quotation should be submitted on company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, along with relevant registration/tax certificates.
• Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable Government taxes (With Holding Tax, Sales Tax)
• Quoted rates should be valid till 30^th September 2025.
• Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.
• Items/Services will be requested through purchase order.
• Payment will be made within 15 (Fifteen) working days after receiving the invoice/bill.
• Payment will be made through cross cheque favoring the company/business.
• The items shall be delivered within 3 days after issuance of the Purchase Order to Shifa Foundation Office, Plot #405, 1st Floor, Karachi Bar Cooperative Housing Society, Sector 24-A, Scheme 33, Karachi.
• Preference will be given to vendors based in Karachi.
