Job Summary:

AID is looking for dynamic, field-oriented Community Mobilizers to support our ongoing and upcoming projects. The selected candidates will be responsible for engaging local communities, facilitating awareness sessions, and ensuring active participation in project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and mobilize community members for participation in project activities.
• Conduct community meetings, focus group discussions (FGDs), and awareness sessions.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders, schools, and institutions for smooth implementation of project components.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, beneficiary data, and meeting minutes.
• Support field monitoring, data collection, and reporting requirements.
• Provide regular feedback from communities to project management for adaptive implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant field experience in community mobilization or similar roles with NGOs or development sector organizations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Pashto/Urdu required; English preferred).
• Willingness to travel extensively to field areas.
