Job Description:

POSITION OBJECTIVE

To support community health efforts through accurate data collection, patient follow-up, coordination with health facilities, and ethical service delivery, while staying updated on diagnostic tools and technologies.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for patient registration, community-based (ACF) data collection, ensuring follow-up, and sample transport. Must coordinate with health facilities for data collection, assist in logistics of ACF activities, support patients throughout screening and diagnostic process, and submit daily reports.
• Maintain ethical standards and data integrity.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on emerging diagnostic tools and technologies.
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or relevant field.
• 2 years’ experience in health or TB field activities.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Community engagement, Data collection and entry, Report writing, Coordination and communication, Ethical conduct in field work.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Able to travel daily within the district, familiarity with TB program preferred.
