Subject: 

Pathfinder International invites proposals from qualified and experienced travel agencies/firms for the provision of travel management services on a long-term contract (LTA) basis. The selected agency will support Pathfinder's operational needs in Pakistan, managing domestic and international travel for staff and consultants.

Scope of Work Includes:

• Flight reservations & ticketing
• Hotel & ground transportation arrangements
• Visa facilitation & travel documentation
• Travel insurance & health advisories
• 24/7 emergency travel support
• Comprehensive billing and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate/INGO  travel management
• Ability to provide 24/7 support
• Proven capacity to handle emergency travel needs
• Positive references from past corporate/humanitarian clients

Evaluation Process:
Proposals will be evaluated in two stages:

1. Technical Evaluation – 75%
2. Financial Evaluation – 25%

Submission Guidelines:

• Submit in two sealed envelopes (Technical and Financial), enclosed in one outer sealed envelope.
• Clearly mention RFP No., Service Title, and Company Name on all envelopes.

Bids not following the above instructions will be disqualified during initial screening.
