Qualification:

MBA / MPA from HEC Recognized Institution (LLB preferred)
Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.

Prior experience in Oil & Gas or energy-related industries will be a strong advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:.
- Maintain administration policies; ensure department-wide compliance with procedures
- Manage facilities and office operations, including budgeting, maintenance, sanitation, horticulture, and procurement of consumables and furnishings
- Organize and coordinate official functions, internal events, and handle boarding / lodging and employee accommodation and messing services
- Liaise with government authorities and law enforcement for licenses, NOCs, social welfare assignments and legal matters
- Handle land affairs, including acquisition, lease renewals, demarcation, compensation, and encroachment issues
- Ensure protection of assets and company property
- Ensure timely renewal of operational licenses and permits
- Support internal audits, maintain comprehensive records and correspondence
- Ensure effective inter-departmental communication
- Facilitate staff onboarding and travel arrangements etc.
