Job Description:
To contribute effectively as a Project Assistant at Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) by providing programmatic support to ensure smooth implementation of project activities. Committed to promoting participatory development approaches, enhancing community engagement, and supporting the organization’s mission through efficient coordination and documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
Program Support:
- Support the Regional Coordinator and Regional Manager in the effective implementation and management of project activities.
- Maintain strong coordination with both field and office staff to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Coordinate with field teams to collect and organize all required supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) in consultation with the Regional Coordinator (RC), District Monitoring Officer (DMO), and Regional Manager.
- Maintain comprehensive records related to TB patients and ensure timely documentation.
- Conduct follow-ups with TB patients via phone in consultation with the DMO.
- Facilitate monitoring and evaluation visits by supporting the RC and RM during external missions.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed work plans in close coordination with the RC and RM.
Financial Management Responsibilities:
- Review supporting documents and bills submitted for project activities.
- Prepare fund requests for field-level activities in line with approved plans.
- Support the RC in the timely submission of financial reports and supporting bills.
- Ensure timely submission of expenses and documentation related to QRMs, CGMs, and chest camps.
Other Responsibilities:
- Comply with all SPO policies, promote a participatory work culture, and uphold SPO’s core values.
- Actively participate in professional development training as approved by SPO.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the program's success.

- Graduated in any discipline
- Completed 6 months to 1 year of computer skills training
- 2–3 years of work experience (at least 2 years in the social/development sector)
- Ability to coordinate and provide technical assistance to all relevant departments
- Willing to participate in professional development training as identified and approved by the supervisor
