It focuses on empowering marginalized communities—especially women, youth, and minorities—through initiatives in education, health, climate change, youth development, and social justice. SCF holds special consultative status with the UN ECOSOC and is PCP certified. Job Description:

The Admin Officer will be responsible for ensuring effective administrative support across the organization, including transport management, office administration, office management, asset and inventory management, and ICT management. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support smooth operations and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport Management:

  • Supervise and manage office vehicles and drivers
  • Ensure proper maintenance, documentation, and timely availability of transport.
  • Maintain vehicle logbooks and fuel records.
  • Coordinate staff movement and travel arrangements

Office Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks within the office.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
  • Support staff with administrative needs and logistics.

Office Management:

  • Manage office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor administrative budgets and control costs.
  • Supervise support staff including office assistants, cleaners, and drivers.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Assets and Inventory Management:

  • Maintain updated records of organizational assets and equipment.
  • Conduct periodic asset verification and ensure proper tagging.
  • Monitor inventory levels and track usage of supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with asset management policies.

ICT Management:

  • Oversee ICT equipment including computers, printers, and networking.
  • Coordinate with IT support for troubleshooting and system maintenance.
  • Maintain ICT asset records and software license compliance.
  • Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
Relevant Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration and office management.
  • Strong knowledge of transport and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with ICT systems and basic troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.
