Job Description:

• Manage the overall program and operations of the project as per agreed terms and conditions mutually signed by ACT and WFP;
• Provide managerial and supervisory support to all team  in achieving the deliverables with in agreed stipulated time frame  with high degree of proficiency and effectiveness;
• Provide guidance and handholding to coordinators and data management team when and where required;
• Prepare and share the weekly plan to HOs and relevant stakeholders and ensure timely delivery;
• Closely coordinate and liaison with WFP designated  focal point and ensure timely submission of requisite reports;
• Manage all relevant operations of the requisite project and directly liaison with finance and operation team at head office
• Ensure timely visibility of the project activities in the external environment and facilitate the media team of ACT by action-oriented pics, audio clips, and video captions covering action, services and beneficiary feedback/reflection on a weekly basis.
• Submit monthly or periodic  narrative and financial report as mutually agreed
• Any other task requested by management.
