Qualifications & Experience:
-
16 years of Education preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration or Supply Chain Management.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NGO Sector.

Hands-on experience of Procurement / Supply Chain Management.
-
Proficiency in Administrative, logistics and security measures.
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills (Verbal & non-verbal).
Major Role & Responsibilities:
-
Ensure and compliance of Organization policies & procedures with respect to Administration, Logistics, Security, Procurement and Facility Management.

Source and evaluate suppliers
-
Negotiate Contracts and prices.
-
Manage inventory and warehouse operations.
-
Manage head office and field offices administrative functions and operations.
-
Optimize Logistics process.
-
Responsible for the management of transportation activities.
-
Ensure the Compliances of Regulatory authorities and Donors’ requirements.
-
Responsible for the Audit compliances in respect to Administrative, Logistics & Procurement matters.
-
Keep proper record of Organization vehicles.

Maintain proper record Organization Assets and submit the report to the Management as and when required.

Ensure supplies of stationary and office are always available and replenish as necessary.

Responsible for the purchase of office assets including IT equipment’s

Responsible management of monthly utility usages such as telephones, fax, stationery, etc.

Ensuring timely payment is made. Maintain records of electricity, telephone (office and personal) and fax usage.

Contracts with external suppliers such as newspapers, tickets, stationery, hotels, etc.

Admin & Log manager is responsible for logistic related coordination with RF & Team, Vendor and head office.

Responsible for ensuring logistic compliance of the Donor and will be responsible for record keeping.
