REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- Advanced university degree in Social Sciences preferably in Psychology, Gender Studies, Anthropology, Social Work and Behavioral Studies.
Required Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the development sector on leading position.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience working on violence against Women (VAW) in a managerial position.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with diverse groups.
- Experience in managing program and projects (project development and implementation).
- Experience in conducting training, especially on women issues including gender-based violence, VAWG and GBV Case-Management.
- Experience in monitoring programs and budget management.
- Understanding and experience of working with government institutions, processes and policy making, and of the political environment.
- Experience in working directly with the communities where Rozan works.
Required Skills
- Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills in English.
- Must be Tech-Savvy (Computer Literacy, especially MS. Office, Using online communication tools).
- Sensitive towards gender, child-related issues, and violence against women.
