Job Description:

• Ensure to utilize LSBE program tools and approach developed for LSBE programs
• Develop result based program plans and work break down structure of activities as per the agreed project deadlines in consultation with Senior Management Team
• Provide mentoring and Evaluation support to team in order to strengthen their capacity for effective delivery of program activities at grass root level.
• oversight and monitor LSBE project activities are in accordance with international standards
• Produce and submit timely technical and financial monthly reports in provided format to the head of implementation  and donor as per prescribed schedule.
• Provide managerial key oversight to  Project staff including LSBE
• At the local level, represent ACT and liaise with international and national NGOs to facilitate successful coordination of activities and ensure transparency in the community
• Liaise regularly with the concerned authorities to provide updates on the LSBE manual
•  Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution with coordination of CEO and LSBE expert
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
