Building Climate Resilience Through Rehabilitation/Reconstruction of Green Infrastructure in Flood-Affected Areas of Punjab. The project aims to enhance climate resilience by rehabilitating and reconstructing green infrastructure in flood-affected areas of Punjab. The MEAL Officer will ensure robust monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning mechanisms to measure progress, assess impact, and improve project outcomes.

Objectives of the Position

The MEAL Officer will:

• Ensure systematic monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
• Promote accountability to beneficiaries and stakeholders.
• Facilitate continuous learning and adaptive management.
• Provide evidence-based insights for decision-making and reporting.

Qualifications and Competencies

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEAL for development projects, preferably in climate resilience or disaster recovery.
• Proficiency in data collection tools (e.g., KOBO, ODK) and analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Excel).
