Job Description:

• Support the development and implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation plans aligned with ACT’s program goals and objectives.

• Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to measure program performance using established KPIs.

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor program activities, collect data, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Support the documentation of quality standards, processes, and lessons learned in coordination with program teams.

• Collaborate with program staff to implement monitoring frameworks and learning mechanisms.

• Assist in maintaining MEAL tools and databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

• Conduct preliminary assessments and support root cause analyses to identify areas of improvement.

• Facilitate or support training sessions to build MEAL capacity within project teams.

• Assist in liaising with stakeholders, including partners and community members, on accountability and quality-related matters.

• Participate in team meetings to share monitoring findings and support evidence-based decision-making.

• Prepare periodic monitoring reports and data summaries for internal use and donor reporting.

• Contribute to the development of project-specific MEAL Plans, review of Logical Frameworks (LFAs), and organization of review workshops.
