Masters/Bachelors in social sciences, economics, public policy, or other related fields

• 4 years of experience in field data collection.
• 2-4 years of experience in data collection and management in Kobo Toolbox/ ODK.
• Prior experience with data collected related to land management surveys will be preferred.
• Have working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse communities.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply. 
• Familiarity with local languages and cultural context of Punjab province will be an added advantage.

• Participate in the Pre-Survey Training in Islamabad.
• Conduct interviews with both male and female respondents in the ARCs, TOs and DMMs in Punjab.
• Ensure high quality and accuracy of the data collected, following all ethical guidelines and respondent confidentiality protocols.
• Incorporate feedback and make corrections as directed by the Field Supervisor.
• Provide Daily update report on the number of surveys filled and any difficulties and challenges encountered during the survey.

Additional tasks related to data collection may be assigned as needed.
