Job Description:

The Outreach Officer plays a pivotal role in expanding community presence and donor engagement efforts. This position supports both field-based outreachand back-end coordination related to donor relations and partner development. The ideal candidate is both community-oriented and detail-driven, capable of engaging external stakeholders and maintaining accurate relationship records.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, International Relations, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in community mobilization, stakeholder engagement, or donor relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and local languages.
• Experience working in diverse cultural settings, preferably in rural or underserved areas.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and documentation skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with international education or experience working in global organization
