Job Description:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Maintain visitors log Book & submit report on monthly basis.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Maintain visitors log Book and provide report on monthly basis.
- Maintain phone log, E-mails, TCS, Letter etc.
- Maintain staff in & out report during office hours.
- Assist Admin Officer in other administrative matters.
- Record of daily stock received and issued.
- Maintain the photocopy and its log.
- Any Other task assigned by the line Manager.
- Should have knowledge of inventory management systems
- Good command of excels
- Able to maintain and create requests on software
- Properly maintain log of IEC material ,Printed materials etc
