Job Descriptions for Female Field Education Specialist;

 

1.The Field Education Officer (FEO) will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the implementation of education activities in the designated field areas.

2.The role involves close coordination with school authorities, community stakeholders, and government education departments to ensure effective delivery of project objectives.

3. Conduct regular visits to project-supported schools to monitor progress and provide technical support.

4. Assist in the identification and enrollment of out-of-school children (OOSC) in targeted areas.

5. Ensure the timely delivery of teaching and learning materials to schools.

6. Support the planning and delivery of teacher training sessions on modern pedagogical approaches, inclusive education, and child-centered learning.

7. Organize and facilitate capacity-building workshops for School Management Committees (SMCs) and Parent-Teacher Associations (PTAs).

 8. Provide mentoring and coaching support to teachers to improve instructional quality.

9. Collect and document data on student attendance, school performance, and learning outcomes.

10. Ensure adherence to child protection policies and safeguarding principles in all project activities.Promote gender-sensitive and inclusive education practices.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in education project implementation.
  • Experience working with community-based education, teacher training, or non-formal education programs.
  • Strong coordination, facilitation, and capacity-building skills.
  • Familiarity with the education system in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including policies and challenges.
  • This role is strictly for FEMALE.

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of education methodologies and child-centred learning approaches.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English, Urdu, and Pashto (preferred).
