Taaleem Foundation (TF) is a professionally managed, PCP-certified, non-profit community support organization set up in 1989 by Dr Zafar Qadir who wanted to bring about positive social change through education in Balochistan. 30 years later, Taaleem Foundation is now an established development organization, working in the fields of education, healthcare, social mobilization, vocational skills, cultural heritage, surveys & analytics, climate change, biodiversity, renewable energy and developing / deploying technological applications for social sector solutions for integrated community development.

Before starting the process, we kindly request you to submit price quotations for following items/services:

 Specifications:
Details and specifications of required items/services are attached as Annex-A.

Submission of Quotations:
Quotations must be submitted on the firm’s/supplier’s official letterhead or the attached format. All prices must be in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and should strictly follow the specifications provided in Annex-A.

Quotation Validity:
Prices quoted must remain valid for a minimum of 04 weeks from the submission date.

Pricing:
Unit prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Tax Deduction:
Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government laws.

Right to Accept/Reject:
TF reserve the right to accept or reject any quotation, or to cancel the bidding process entirely, without assigning any reason or incurring any liability.

Sealed quotations must be submitted by June23, 2025, no later than 05:00 PM to the following address:

Payment Terms:
Payment will be made within 20 days of receiving the original invoice/bill from the service provider via cross cheque.

Vendor Selection:
TF reserves the right to:
Select lowest one vendor for all items/services/goods.

Selection Criteria:
The selection will be made solely based on 100% price evaluation. Procurement committee will visit the shop/office for inspection of quality work after the selection of vendor/service/goods provider. 

Declaration

1. We have examined and fully understand the Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by Taaleem Foundation, Head Office, Islamabad for the supply of Goods, and we hereby offer to supply the required items/services in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the RFQ document.

2. Our quotation is valid for a period of 04 weeks from the date of submission and shall remain binding upon us.

3. We confirm that the prices quoted are all-inclusive, covering all costs related to transportation, taxes, duties, and any other incidental expenses.

4. We certify that we are eligible to participate in this procurement process and that our firm/company:
