MarCom Private Limited invites proposals from qualified and experienced Chartered Accountancy Firms to provide Bookkeeping, Audit, Tax Compliance, and Labour Law Compliance Services for the financial year ending 30-June-2025 and onwards.

Scope of Services Required:

Bookkeeping and Accounting:

Maintenance of proper accounting records as per the Companies Act.

Preparation of financial statements (monthly,quarterly, semi-annually, and annually).

Recording and classification of transactions in books of accounts (Bank Book, General Ledger, Cash book etc.).

Tax Compliance:

Preparation and submission of Income Tax and Sales Tax returns on monthly and annual basis.

Handling withholding tax compliance for the company and its employees.

Preparation of employee tax returns and submission to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Statutory Audit:

Conducting the statutory audit for the financial year ending 30-June-2025 and onwards as per the Companies Act and relevant auditing standards.

Submission of a statutory audit report with findings and recommendations.

Labour Law Compliance:

Compliance with EOBI (Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution) regulations.

Compliance with Labour Department requirements.

Compliance with Worker Welfare Fund regulations.

Preparation and submission of all necessary returns, reports, and documentation related to the above.

Eligibility Criteria:

The firm must be registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).

Proven experience in providing bookkeeping, audit, tax compliance, and labour law compliance services to corporate clients, prefence will be given to firm already providing services to media outlets.

Availability of qualified staff to handle the assignment efficiently.

Firm profile, including details of similar projects handled.

Proposed methodology and timeline for completing the assignment.

Itemized Fee structure/Proposal for the services mentioned above on per anum basis.

Copies of relevant certifications and registrations (e.g., ICAP).

Evaluation Criteria:

Proposals will be evaluated based on:

Technical Qualification: Experience, expertise, and proposed methodology.

Financial Competitiveness: The tender will be awarded to the technically qualified and financially lowest bidder.
