Introduction;
Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a non-governmental international solidarity organization based in France. Objective
The Objective of this training is to equip cooks, Cleaners and packaging staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare, handle and package food safely and hygienically.

Scope of Work
The training program is designed to equip key staff members, including cooks, packagers, cleaners, and sweepers, with essential skills and knowledge related to food safety, nutrition, and meal preparation. The aim is to reduce contamination risks, enhance food quality, and minimize resource wastage during meal preparation and handling. The program will focus on practical methods for preparing safe, nutritious, and appealing meals while optimizing resources within the kitchen and packaging areas.
Deliverables:
1. Trainer/Facilitator: Will be responsible for the overall planning and execution of the training program as per plan.
2. Training Material: Detailed training material manuals on food safety, health and hygiene and resource management.
3. Training Methodology:
- Theoretical instructions.
- Practical demonstrations.
- Hands-on training.
- Quizzes and assessments.
- Pre and Post training quizzes.
- Practical assessments and observations.
- Training evaluation forms.
4. Visual Aid: Posters / charts for food safety procedures and handling.

Qualifications and Experience
The consultant must possess the following qualifications:
- Consultant firm must have proper NTN, Portfolio and Previous Work Order/Certificates.
- Proven experience in delivering trainings
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.

Payment will be made after completion of trainings
The final training report will be forwarded by SIF program upon satisfactory work.
