AKHS, P is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Monitoring and Evaluation Manager under Elderly Care Project in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages the elderly care project activities along with project staff at all project sites
  • Coordinate with project team to ensure smooth delivery of activities
  • Develop tools and monitoring mechanism to oversee project deliverables
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and evaluation strategies
  • Support the implementation and achievement of key performance indicators
  • Able to collect, compile, and analyze data and present in organized manner
  • Prepare weekly progress report / presentation
  • Draft detailed project reports and presentations as per donor requirements
  •  Keep track of budgeted activities and project deliverables
  • Support in formulating evidence-based service delivery model for elderly population in Pakistan
  • Frequent travel to project sites to support the field-based project staff

Education, Experience & Competencies

  • Master’s in health-related field, relevant clinical degree such as nursing, MBBS, BDS, psychology
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in health-related field, Community health and project monitoring experience would be preferred
  • Team working skills.

  • Good time management
  • Good communication and team building skills.
