Job Opportunity

A large public sector organization is seeking qualified and motivated professionals for the following position.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (First Class) in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Candidates holding an LLB degree will be given preference.

Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in international trading and procurement, including:
  • Managing the full spectrum of procurement activities such as pre-qualification of vendors, supplier negotiations, contract preparation, and tender management.
  • Overseeing procurement processes, ensuring effective coordination, and evaluating supplier performance to optimize value and compliance.

Key Competencies:

  • Proven experience in drafting essential documentation, including formal letters, correspondence with partners, sales contracts, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), Letters of Agreement (LoAs), proposals, and project-related reports.
  • Strong background in handling day-to-day project administration, including program activity coordination and management.
  • Proficiency in preparing briefing materials, business presentations, and project documentation tailored for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills with attention to detail and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to support strategic procurement decisions.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Knowledge of legal principles related to procurement and contract law.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to compliance with procurement regulations and best practices.
