A large public sector organization is seeking dynamic and results-oriented professionals for the following position:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (First Class) in Business Administration with a major in Marketing or Sales from an HEC-recognized institution.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, and public relations roles.
- Proven track record of overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Experience in preparing and presenting quarterly and annual marketing reports to senior management.
- Active involvement in promoting brands at trade shows, exhibitions, and major industry-related events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing protocol and public relations activities, including coordination with airports, ministries, and embassies.
- Organizing and executing workshops, meetings, and corporate events at national and international levels.
- Planning and managing all program-related travel logistics, including itinerary preparation, travel letters, authorizations, visa processing, ticketing, and hotel reservations.
Key Competencies:
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for data management and customer engagement.
- Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Good aesthetic judgment to support branding and marketing collateral design.
- Strong IT skills to support marketing analytics, reporting, and digital campaign management.
- Geopolitical awareness to support strategic marketing decisions in diverse markets.
