Community World Service Asia, a non-governmental organization involved in implementing humanitarian and developmental activities in Pakistan, is successfully conducting projects in KPK, Punjab, and Sindh. Registered under societies ACT 1860, with Registration No. KAR 0072 as a local NGO, we are headquartered in Karachi, with liaison offices in Islamabad, Lahore, and Umerkot, and hold an MOU with the Ministry of Economic Affairs Division (EAD) in Islamabad.
Community World Service Asia is inviting quotations from reputable vendors, suppliers, and contractors for the provision of Hydroponic Kits. Please submit your quotations via email to [email protected] on your company's official letterhead, duly stamped and signed.Vendors are required to submit their profile along with the quotations. The submission deadline is 5:00 PM on Monday, Feb 24, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

3. Samples will be required from the shortlisted vendors and final decision will be based on sample assessment.

- The shortlisted vendor will be requested to submit sample for approval. Upon approval of the sample, a contract may be offered for the delivery.
- A 5% security deposit will be required from the selected vendor/supplier before issuing a contract, serving as a bid security.
Key requirements for your quotation submission:
- Provide the unit price for each item; lump-sum amounts will not be considered.
- Quotation prices should include all applicable taxes, including withholding tax.
- Include the expiry date of your quotation and your NTN number.
- Please mention the delivery time of the product.
