Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management and implementation of project activities within the district.
- Ensure coordination with district administration and provincial manager to ensure project alignment with district priorities and overall program objectives.
- Organize and facilitate monthly review meetings of healthcare providers to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices.
- Conduct regular district review meetings with supervisors to assess performance, address issues, and provide guidance.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for visiting and supervising healthcare providers in the district.
- Ensure timely reporting of all project activities as per given guidelines, including submission of monthly reports and other required documentation.
- Monitor and track project progress against key performance indicators.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project implementation.
- Provide regular updates to the district administration and provincial manager on project progress and achievements.
- Represent the project at district-level meetings and forums.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including district officials, healthcare providers, and community leaders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree, social sciences, management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working health related projects/program.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in project management and monitoring.
- Knowledge of district-level health systems and programs.
- Proficiency in English and local languages.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Skills (Desirable):
- Experience in conducting trainings and workshops.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
