Job Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the implementation and operations of the Donor-funded "Establishment of Mother and Child Health Center" project and other community development initiatives by HDF in Union Council Khenwari, District Khairpur, Sindh. This role involves managing all project aspects, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, ensuring high-quality health services for mothers and children. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans with timelines and budgets, overseeing construction and daily operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations, maintaining 24/7 availability of medical supplies and staff, acting as the primary contact for stakeholders, implementing quality assurance protocols, presenting regular status reports, and managing the project budget to mitigate financial risks.

Required Qualifications and Experience: Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or a related field. 7-10 years in healthcare project management, with experience in maternal and child health, rural projects, and team leadership.
