Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan is looking for competent Nurse in Chitral Region.

Responsibilities:

• Extend support in developing Quarterly and yearly planning of outreach activities.
• Conduct outreach camps as par target of the Projects.
• Timely entries of outreach data in the app.
• Maintaining proper record of all outreach activities including outreach register.
• Drafting and sharing success stories/results from the field.
• Ensure follow ups of referred patients and maintaining record of all referred patients.

Education, Experience & Competencies:

• Minimum Diploma holder, bachelor’s degree in nursing (BScN), post-RN BScN will be preferred
• Valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience will be preferred. Experience of working in field will be highly regarded
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication skills
