KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research and Analysis:

  • Design and implement research studies, surveys, and assessments to gather relevant data.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate statistical tools and methodologies.
  • Conduct desk reviews and literature analysis to support program planning and development.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, including baseline, progress, and end-line reports, ensuring clarity and adherence to donor requirements.
  • Develop infographics, dashboards, and data visualizations to present findings effectively.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports to donors, stakeholders, and organizational leadership.
  • Collaborate with M&E teams to design data collection tools and frameworks.
  • Support field teams in collecting and validating data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Contribute to the development of key performance indicators and monitoring plans.
  • Present findings and insights to program teams, donors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the organization’s research and reporting capacity.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in research, reporting, and data analysis, preferably in the development or humanitarian sector.
  • Strong command of statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, or R.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English; proficiency in Urdu is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with donor reporting standards and requirements (e.g., USAID, WFP, EU).
