Responsibilities:

• Create and manage master project schedules for high-rise construction, detailing sequencing for key activities like excavation, foundation work, and superstructure development.
• Monitor daily and weekly progress against baseline schedules, preparing deviation reports and proposing corrective actions.
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to align schedules and resolve conflicts in activity sequencing.
• Perform critical path analysis and time-impact assessments to identify potential delays.
• Assess and allocate resources (e.g., manpower, equipment) effectively to maintain project efficiency.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and Excel.
