Job Purpose
The Voucher Management Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate records of e-voucher beneficiaries and ensuring smooth operations of voucher issuance and redemption processes. This role involves collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to design effective mechanisms for voucher management, as well as providing training and support to public and private service providers. The successful candidate will ensure the proper tracking and management of beneficiaries who avail of the e-voucher facility, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date records of e-voucher beneficiaries to ensure accurate tracking and management.
- Conduct any data entries of BISP beneficiaries if required to maintain the record,
- Ensure the records are kept confidential and comply with organizational data protection policies.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team, Admin and Finance officer to design and implement efficient mechanisms for voucher issuance and redemption at various FP service provider redemption points.
- Maintain the record of Mas in collaboration of Social Mobilization, QAO, admin and Finance officer
- Monitor and track the successful redemption of vouchers and address any issues that arise in the process.
- Train public and private service providers on tracking and managing BISP beneficiaries who avail of the e-voucher facility
- Ensure service providers understand the correct procedures for voucher redemption and beneficiary verification.
- Regularly monitor voucher usage and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Report any discrepancies or issues regarding voucher issuance and redemption processes.
- Work closely with service providers, the Quality Assurance team, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide timely support and resolve any queries from service providers regarding voucher processes.
- Prepare reports on voucher issuance, redemption, and beneficiary data for management review and ensure that eligible PPs clients and Mother Ambassadors received 100% voucher payments.
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation related to voucher transactions and beneficiary records.

QUALIFICATION
Minimum 16 years of education in social science / stats / economic / data analysis or equivalent from HEC recognized university
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years of experience in voucher management, customer service, or related fields.
