Job Description:

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The objective of this role is to manage and process project data by ensuring timely collection, accurate entry, and verification of information from field teams. It includes responding to data queries, maintaining data integrity, ensuring confidentiality, and backing up information while supporting Active Case Finding activities through travel and additional duties as needed.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Obtain project data regularly from field teams on approved formats and timelines.
• Enter project data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information to prepare source data for reporting.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, and check output.
• Examine and obtain further information for incomplete information.
• Respond to queries for information and perform data requests in a timely manner.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Keep all information confidential.
• Ensure data is adequately backed up.
• Job requires travel to other districts / provinces to carry out Active Case Finding Activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

The individual holding this position shall possess the following:

• Minimum completed 14 years of Education. Batchlor in Arts/Science (B.A./BSc. would be preferable.
• Diploma/Degree in computer sciences, IT or related field will be preferred.
• Additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
• Experience of using mobile applications and software’s for data entry and analysis.

Other Requirements:

• Fast typing speed.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good time-management skills and organizational skills.
• Good language skills in Urdu and English. Knowledge of local language would be an advantage.
