Salary: PKR 75,000-125,000

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field; degrees from internationally recognized institutions are highly preferred
• 1-2 years of experience, preferably Business Development, proposal development, and coordination
• Excellent in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and communication apps i.e. what’s App, skype, zoom, Google Meet, and MS Teams
• Outstanding understanding of new technologies and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence apps i.e. ChatGPT
• Led the team in proposal development, Literature Review, designing Research Methodology, interpreting the data analysis, and report writing
• Managing the external communication with clients, experts, field team, and other stakeholders
• Willingness to visit the field on a need basis
• Preference will be given to the applicant who has already worked in a consulting firm environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• A positive, proactive, and self-starter mindset with the ability to work with the team
