CARE Pakistan is hiring a Local and Regional Procurement (LRP) and Commodity Management Consultant for its USDA McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition program. The consultant will lead assessments and design cost-effective supply chains for locally procured food commodities to complement USDA in-kind food aid. Key tasks include stakeholder engagement, data collection, seasonal calendar mapping, cost analysis, and designing delivery systems to support nutritious school meals for pre-primary and primary students in Pakistan.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Agriculture, or related fields.
• Proven experience in commodity procurement and distribution, preferably with USDA McGovern-Dole programs.
• Strong understanding of local food production, supply chains, and compliance with safety standards.
