AKHS, P is looking for a seasoned and dynamic HR Intern for it's Central Office, Karachi
The HR Intern supports the Global HR team in projects. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent communication skills, strong learning agility and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in various global HR projects, contributing to their successful completion.
- Collaborate effectively with the team and other stakeholders.
- Solicit and consolidate data for the various projects by coordinating with project teams and HR teams in 7 countries/regions.
- Prepare and maintain project group meetings minutes.
- Research best practices relevant to the assigned projects.
- Organize and maintain project files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support in creating impactful presentations and reports summarizing project findings and or progress.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data and HR information.
- Contribute to the broader HR function, including carrying out administrative tasks as required
Education, Experience & Competencies.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
- Fresh graduate or having a maximum of one year of experience
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and oral.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and with others.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
