Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification BS Sociology / BS IT or related

Preferably experienced in Inclusive Eye Health fields / projects would be an added advantage. IT / software knowledge is mandatory.

Experience in Mobilize communities and arrange for eye health screening activities. Develop working relationship with community elders, local bodies elected representatives, lady health workers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the project. Be part of the survey(s) conducted during the project and also supervise project staff when required. Facilitate the process of selection of beneficiaries as per the agreed criteria. Maintain proper project activities record, document learning(s) and submit regular reports as and when required by the Program Team. Be a focal point to receive complaints from the communities, resolve complaint and document closure of complaint. Assist Program Team in arranging field logistic and other activities. Be responsible for maintaining vehicle log, prepare travel plan and ensure efficient and professional use of vehicle in the field Provide counselling to clients with refractive errors, and keep proper follow up of the cases. Facilitate Project staff in & develop capturing success stories and key learning depicting impact of the project activities. Provide data and assistance to programme team in data punching if. Any other duty assigned by the Principal / Director General.
