Position: Human Psychologist Consultant The purpose of this consultancy is to provide expert psychological guidance, support mental health initiatives, and enhance the well-being of individuals affected by stress, trauma, and workplace challenges. The consultant will work closely with SIF to develop and implement effective mental health strategies tailored to the needs of the target group.

Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a humanitarian organization committed to supporting vulnerable communities. We are seeking a qualified Human Psychologist Consultant to provide professional guidance and support in mental health programs, employee well-being, trauma counseling, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and counseling for the target group.
• Provide expert advice on mental health interventions.
• Develop training materials and deliver workshops for staff/community members.
• Assist in designing and implementing well-being initiatives.
• Submit reports and recommendations based on findings.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Must possess valid professional certifications or a license to practice psychology in Pakistan.
• Master’s or PhD in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in psychological counseling or consultancy.
• Experience working with NGOs or humanitarian organizations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, mental health strategies, psychological first aid, stress and resilience management, interventions for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), workplace stress management, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Consultancy Fee & Proposal Submission:

• Interested firms or consultants must submit a financial proposal outlining their expected consultancy fee, hourly/daily rates, and total estimated charges for the consultancy period.
• Proposals should include a breakdown of costs (e.g., professional fees, travel, materials if applicable).
