The Position:

The Logistic Officer is mainly responsible for supply chain management, in respect of tagging, issuance and record keeping.

Significance:

Logistic Officer is key in managing the overall Fixed asset and inventory management 

The Logistic Officer must ensure:

• All Fixed assets are tagged
• Inventory management through ERP inventory module
• All Fixed assets are properly maintained in respect of repair and maintenance      

• Specific Responsibilities:

• Inventory management through inventory module
• Maintenance of inventory record at store level. Stock register for in and out of inventory.
• Responsible for Provision of medicine
• Timely submission of Donor reporting
• Ensure that district requests are entertained with due course of time
• Other Tasks
• Effective maintenance of Inventory Module
• Responsible for repair of all ACs of Head Office
• Performance of any other duties as required by the Supervisor
