Duties and Responsibilities

  1.  Research and write engaging articles for online publications such as top-tier blogs and social media, as well as traditional print media including newspapers and magazines.
  2. Design visually appealing presentations and artworks.
  3. Regularly update MF’s external presentation.
  4. Execute social media campaigns to build a robust online presence, and manage all social media accounts effectively.
  5. Provide routine communications services to organizational stakeholders, including content writing, drafting executive messages, vetting communications, and ensuring consistency with external messaging.
  1. Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing and branding material that communicates the organization's activities, products and/or services
  2. Video editing and Designing of short video clips and posts for social media handles.
  3. Manages Websites of Moawin Foundation.
  4. Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews, digital talks and Podcast for top management.
  5. Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics of Social Media.
  6. Update and Maintain record communication’s database
  7. Directs the overall flow of information for a organization including human resources, public relations, and division offices.
  8. Communicates with members of print, radio and television media if required.
  9. Manages official social media communications with responsibility.
  10. Collect and verify data to design and produce good branding and publicity materials.
  11. Supports program team in designing and printing of training material and training guide
  12. Identification of Grant opportunities and providing support in proposal writing. 
  13. Any other task assigned by GM QA & Communications or CEO.

Knowledge, Expertise & Skill

  1. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Must have excellent computer skills particularly with software applications like Word and PowerPoint.
  3. Must have knowledge of photo and video editing software.
  4. Must have the ability to effectively prioritize projects and multi-task.
  5. Must be able to function well in a team environment.
  6. Knowledge of DSLR Camera will be added benefit.
  7. Must be highly detail oriented.

Experience and Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Social Sciences/Communication/Media
  • Professional Communication Skills (Interpersonal, Written, Verbal etc.)
  • Work experience in Production House is preferred.
