Normeca International AS invites “Administrative Assistant” to work in connection with the launch of our project in Pakistan “Mobile Multi Diagnostic Clinic / Mini Hospital” under the management of the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) and in cooperation with the Government in Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The clinics will cover general diagnostic and minor surgical procedures, and they are all located in large mobile trailers. The clinics are fully equipped with modern medical equipment and ancillary units such as kitchen, laundry, dining room, conference rooms, etc. The Clinics are operating in KPK and Sindh Regions.
Normeca International AS is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support while assisting our HR, Accounting, and Logistics departments. - Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, taking minutes and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist HR in maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
- Help coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing communications with candidates.
- Support onboarding and training activities for new employees.
- Assist Accounting with basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
- Assist Logistics in coordinating logistics operations, including collection prices and maintaining supplier contracts.
- Help manage inventory and supply chain activities.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of HR, accounting, or logistics is a plus.
