Relevant Experience:

Bachelors or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Monitoring, Quality Management, Business Administration).

Proven experience in quality management, quality assurance, or related roles.

Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Experience with regulatory compliance and audits.

Proficiency in using quality management tools and software.

Job Description:

Develop and implement a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation strategy aligned with the ACT’s goals and objectives.

Lead and manage a team of monitoring officers/professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of transparency and evaluation. .

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track quality performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document quality standards, processes, and procedures.

Coordinate with program teams for effective planning for implementation of monitoring frameworks and develop learning and knowledge management pathways.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of MEAL and quality control processes throughout the product lifecycle.

Conduct assessments and root cause analyses to identify opportunities for process optimization and risk mitigation.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the MEAL for program and operational teams.

Interface with suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies to address quality-related matters and maintain strong relationships.

Lead and participate in cross-functional teams for problem-solving, corrective actions, and preventive measures.

Prepare and present quality-related periodic monitoring reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Prepare the MEAL Plans of programs, review the LFAs and design the monitoring review workshops for the project teams.
