Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services needed for construction projects. Ensures cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and quality compliance. Works closely with project teams to align procurement activities with project schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Procurement: Source and order project materials; manage timely deliveries.
• Supplier Management: Build and maintain supplier relationships; negotiate terms and contracts.
• Cost Control: Monitor budget adherence, find cost-saving opportunities.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials meet project standards and requirements.

Skills Needed:

• Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction materials, procurement processes, and vendor management
  
  Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Education:

     • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
     • Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), or similar are preferred.

  2. Experience:

     • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within the construction industry.
     • Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and project-based purchasing.
