Job Description:

A Data Reviewer is responsible for thoroughly reviewing and verifying data collected from districts to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards. This role involves close collaboration with field supervisor to maintain high data quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure Data Accuracy and Compliance:
• Verify data entries, including names, contact details, and supporting documents (e.g., images).
• Cross-check data against the HRU Manual to ensure compliance with outlined standards.
2. Rectify Errors and Maintain Records:
• Identify and correct inaccuracies in submitted data.
• Maintain organized records of verified data and reported issues.
3. Support Field Teams:
• Assist field staff with data entry concerns and troubleshooting mobile app issues.
• Escalate unresolved technical challenges to the MIS Officer at the head office.
4. Collaborate for Quality Control:
• Work closely with field staff to ensure data completeness and consistency.
• Monitor and improve data collection processes as needed.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer systems, data entry platforms, and mobile apps.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical in reviewing data entries and identifying discrepancies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and assist field staff effectively.
  • Added Advantage: Familiarity with data verification workflows and mobile app troubleshooting.

  • Work Environment:

    The Data Reviewer will primarily work in an office environment, with occasional travel to districts to support data collection activities or provide on-site training.

    This role is vital for ensuring the reliability of data used in decision-making processes at organizational and district levels.
