The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:

a. Development of the Training Manual

• Conduct a needs assessment to understand participants' existing skills, knowledge gaps, and digital media usage.
• Develop a detailed training manual tailored to local contexts, including:
• Fundamentals of digital media and its role in peacebuilding.
• Content creation techniques (text, graphics, videos).
• Storytelling for counter-narratives and community engagement.
• Use of popular digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and messaging tools like WhatsApp.
• Ethical considerations in digital media (fact-checking, avoiding misinformation, and promoting inclusive messaging).
• Step-by-step exercises for practical content development.
• Ensure the manual includes case studies, templates, and activities for practical application.

b. Conducting Digital Media Training Workshops

• Deliver 24 training sessions (4 per district) for 25 participants per session in the targeted districts.
• Utilize interactive and participatory methodologies, including:
• Hands-on content creation exercises.
• Live demonstrations of tools and platforms.
• Group activities on storytelling and counter-narratives.
• Feedback sessions for participant improvement.
• Ensure that participants create sample digital content (videos, graphics, or social media posts) as part of the training.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to participants during the workshops.

c. Monitoring and Evaluation

• Develop pre- and post-training assessments to measure participants’ skill improvement.
• Gather feedback during and after each training session to improve delivery and effectiveness.
• Submit a final report summarizing the outcomes of the training, including participant evaluations and success stories.
